  • I’ve already signed up. When will I receive my Welcome Reward?

    You can expect your $10 Welcome coupon by mail within 2-4 weeks after signing up. 


    If you signed up using the Royalty Rewards app, your coupon will appear in your app account.

  • How can I receive my Royalty Rewards points?

    You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent and some promotional purchases may earn more points. You can receive your Royalty Rewards points by showing us your card/app or having our servers look your account up.  


    Ordering Online: If you are ordering online through Chow Now, there is a menu item at the top to provide your Royalty Rewards information in the special instructions box and add it to your cart. Our servers will add your points to your account within a few business days.

  • When will I earn an award? How can I redeem it?

    For every 200 points you accumulate, you will automatically receive a $10 Award Certificate in the mail within a few weeks. 


    You can also access the awards certificate on your Royalty Rewards app  within 1-2 days.


    Once you receive your award, you can use the $10 Award Certificate during your next visit to Sushi-Zen.

  • How do I check my points balance and account activity?

    You can check your points balance online by logging into your account. Your username is your 16-digit card number (with no spaces or dashes), and your password is your last name in lowercase unless you have changed it.
